Our Juniors classes are 45 minutes and structured to give students quality Martial Arts instruction while, at the same time, providing them with the skills to defend themselves if needed. Respect, discipline, self-control are the three major rules that is stressed and to avoid physical conflict unless absolutely necessary. The classes are designed to strengthen your child’s body, create better balance (mentally and physically ) and develop better focus.
